Handicare Accessibility Terms & Conditions 

Access All Areas – Christmas promotion RoW T&Cs 

 

Promotion Period: 

  • Runs from 13th November 09:00 GMT to 18th December 17:00 GMT. 

Eligibility: 

  • Open to Handicare Accessibility trade partners aged 18 or over. 

  • Promotion is only open in countries where prize draws are legal, except for Germany, France, and United Kingdom. 

  • Participant profiles must clearly display a business name and location to qualify. 

How to Enter 

This promotion is a prize draw. Entries can be earned in two ways: 

  1. Original comments on official posts with the hashtag #AccessAllAreas. 

  1. Qualifying orders placed during the promotion period. 

Entry Breakdown 

  • One original comment on an official campaign post = 1 entry 

  • Straight lift order = 5 entries 

  • Curved lift order = 7 entries 

  • Garaventa Lift platform lift order = 10 entries 

  • Savaria Luma home lift order = 20 entries 

Orders must be placed between 13 November and 17 December 2025 to be eligible. 

Comment Entry Rules 

  • Eligible comments must be made on posts featuring the #AccessAllAreas hashtag during the promotion period. 

  • Maximum one entry per post per platform. 

  • You may enter via: 

  • Comments on different platforms count as separate entries. For example, one eligible comment on Instagram and one on LinkedIn on the same post count as two entries. 

  • Tagged mentions, replies, or deleted comments will not be counted. 

  • Likes, shares, and reposts do not count as entries. 

Winner Selection and Notification 

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 

  • The more entries a participant has, the greater their chance of winning. 

  • There will be one winner in total, who will receive €3,000 in vouchers. 

  • Winners will be contacted using the details on their profile within 14 days of the draw. 

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Handicare may select an alternative winner. 

Publicity Consent 

By entering, participants agree that Handicare may use the winner’s name and business logo in marketing materials relating to this promotion. 

General Conditions & Liability 

  • Handicare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 

  • Handicare accepts no responsibility for technical issues, system failures, or lost entries that may affect participation. 

  • Any disputes will be handled at Handicare’s discretion and its decision will be final.
