Yoga helps us to live better

Besides improving us physically (both inside and out), yoga also enhances our mental well-being. The postures performed during yoga are a form of meditation in motion through the intense concentration and body control required. The breathing exercises help free the mind from mental distractions while helping to calm the mind and cultivate a state of relaxation.

Moreover, yoga can be a way to build comradery amongst your peers. Whether or not you attend a class with friends, you will be sure to create a new social circle once you start frequenting the same yoga class regularly, which will surely leave you feeling happier.

Finally, for people prone to stress or insomnia, the breathing exercises during yoga are a perfect remedy to relieve and reduce them.
