Stairlift installation

When we arrive to install your new stairlift, you have the piece of mind in knowing that the work is being completed by a time served, professionally trained Handicare installer.

Because we use state of the art surveying tools & technology, you can also be confident that your new stairlift will be a perfect fit first time, with no need for repeat visits to finish the job.

Installing your new Handicare stairlift will normally take a couple of hours for a straight lift and usually half a day for a curved lift.

The stairlift rail is installed directly to the stair treads, rather than to the wall, therefore creating very little mess in your home. We will make sure that your home is left in the same condition as it was in when we arrived, making sure to remove all boxes or waste and to completely tidy up before leaving.

All of our professionally trained installers will complete the installation to your absolute satisfaction and ensure that they fully explain and demonstrate all of the various features of your new stairlift before they leave. You will also be provided with a simple to understand user manual and a dedicated customer service number, should you ever have any further questions or queries about your stairlift.
