These terms and conditions of use apply to all websites of Handicare Stairlifts B.V., established and having offices at Newtonstraat 35, 1704 SB, Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands (hereinafter: 'Handicare’). Handicare has local websites in several countries such as France, Germany and Italy. Every visit to the Handicare websites is subject to these terms of use. By your visit to the website(s) you consent tacitly and unconditionally to the applicability of these terms of use (hereafter: 'the Terms of Use').
