Terms of and conditions of use Handicare Stairlifts website

Applicability

These terms and conditions of use apply to all websites of Handicare Stairlifts B.V., established and having offices at Newtonstraat 35, 1704 SB, Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands (hereinafter: 'Handicare’). Handicare has local websites in several countries such as France, Germany and Italy. Every visit to the Handicare websites is subject to these terms of use. By your visit to the website(s) you consent tacitly and unconditionally to the applicability of these terms of use (hereafter: 'the Terms of Use'). Handicare may change these Terms of Use at any time, and the amended Terms of Use are valid from the moment they are published. We therefore advise you to regularly check the Terms of Use.
